Shipping policy

We offer varying shipping services for your ease. 

UK orders received before 12.00pm Mon – Fri will be sent via tracked 24 hour service. You will receive an email when your order is on its way.

International shipping - destination dependent - may take up to 5 days to be delivered. You will receive a tracking email when it has been sent so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Made to order caps may take a little longer. If there’s a special occasion / date, let us know – we will do everything we can to meet your timings.

Additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
