Every September, the grounds of Hampton Court Palace host something quietly spectacular. Hundreds of the rarest cars in the world, gathered in royal surroundings, judged with white gloves and exacting eyes. This is the Concours of Elegance—where the best of British motoring meets the best of British manners.
So naturally, we brought hats.

In collaboration with the organisers, Mister Miller was invited to craft bespoke hats for the event’s panel of judges—each one hand-blocked in our London studio, tailored for open-air elegance, and finished with a discreet Pegasus embroidery as a nod to the event’s emblem and spirit.

These weren’t props. They were keepsakes. Worn by classic car experts, industry legends, and collectors with a love for real craft and a whiff of petrol.

You’ll also spot a few more Miller hats woven into the Concours weekend—on sidecar owners, bonnet polishers, mechanics in horn-rimmed glasses, and the dapper rogue who brought a 1930s bike just for the joy of it.

We didn’t sponsor the event. We became part of its ritual.
This is what we do best: meet timeless machinery with timeless millinery. Precision. Character. British eccentricity, stitched in.
